Hello friends many people asking me about why meesho is taking too much time to deliver orders now? The question is genuine because i have also ordered formal shoes on meesho 12 days ago but it is still showing shipped status. I know why it is getting late to deliver orders to customer because i’m also a supplier and i want to tell you that meesho has changed delivery and pickup procedure. Yesterday i have received whatsapp message from meesho they told me that you will be able to ship order only two days in a week Saturday and Wednesday. I don’t know why they are saying like this but this is the reason that you are getting late delivery of your orders. Let me show you the full message.

Why meesho is doing this?
I think meesho has logistic issue and they cant handle this, my 20 orders got cancelled on meesho because delhivery courier picked the packet but they were unable to scan the packet that’s why order got cancelled when SLA breached. I created tickets regarding scanning issue but they didn’t helped and they asked me to upload manifest i uploaded that but they said you need to upload manifest within 3 days of order pickup it means they were denying to help. I asked them will you help me and what to do now if i have not uploaded the manifest within 3 days ? They copied previous reply and pasted. It was ridiculous answer for me and did nothing they deducted penalty charges too because order was cancelled.
Why delhivery courier was not scanning the packets?
I asked them and shouted why are you not scanning my packets they said computer is not accepting barcode, i told them if barcode is not accepting then contact your seniors they said create a complaint on delhivery website and i did it but they replied contact meesho. I was angry and i left the issue order got cancelled now told delhivery that handover all packets back which you have pending in your office.
How is meesho supplier support?
They all are motherfuckers they don’t know anything, they only know how to copy paste answers, supplier means nothing for them, if you are asking anything they will tell you categories where to create tickets. They will close your tickets without solving the issue. If they don’t know the resolution they will create another excuse and your ticket will be closed. I asked them to block delhivery courier from my account because i have big issue with this courier company they replied after 5days that create new ticket after Tuesday.
They all motherfuckers are getting salary because we suppliers are running there company. I have published my personal experience with meesho. All meesho support team are motherfuckers be aware of them.
