Meesho Supplier Support Case Study

Many supplier asking about meesho supplier support that how they are in helping suppliers, as i experienced they are very bad. They don’t solve supplier’s exact issue they are only finding excuse to deny tickets and solutions. If you looking for help supplier support will not do anything. They will take time to resolve the issue i asked many times to block a courier but they denied indirectly.

Once i asked meesho supplier support to block a particular courier company they said if we block the courier it affect your order volume i said i understand this issue but i’m confirming block this courier. They didn’t blocked the courier and notified me that courier has been blocked. I updated my inventory and i received order from that courier which they blocked. I created new ticket and told them i am still receiving orders from that courier which you blocked yesterday and they said we have blocked that courier it take 28hr to 48hrs, today 6th day they said that but still not blocked i have created many tickets and they doing copy paste.

Penalty and Deduction

If you are doing a mistake meesho will make you beggar they are hungry in looting money from supplier. Only they want money from you if courier boy do not collect your orders and SLA breaches they will charge penalty if you are late in creating ticket of pickup not done. They will not listen if you create ticket after 3 days when pickup not done and they will high amount of money as penalty charge.

There is no backend team?

I think there is no backend team in meesho who help supplier because i have seen that no one is helping if the problem is on high level. I think they have only a call center for customer and they are talking to customer and supplier but they can’t do anything.
